Good location

Vegetarian food options very less. Island bar a beautiful location but too many insects. Unable to sit and enjoy. (This just a concern)

We had a great stay and would recommend to others for a short stay to chill out

It was close to the beach and the facilities were ideal for the money we paid

For a longer stay I would get a bit bored given not much else to do nearby, the prices were a little more expensive than anticipated given it’s Indonesia, almost the same as Singapore for food and drinks - captive audience

Can be better.

The front desk staff and the staff at the dining outlets were polite and generally helpful.

There were not many channel options in the television. Fittings are old. The water pressure in the shower was so poor. We ordered room service for dinner on one of the nights. We informed housekeeping once we were done. However the tray of food was not removed even until the next morning when we woke up for breakfast. Given that it was a resort, we were worried about insects and small creatures going for the exposed tray of food.

It is clean and the room is spacious. The staff are very friendly and warm too.

There is no cable tv and breakfast is a little bland.

This is our 2nd visit to the resort. We love the serenity of the resort and the comfort of the room.

Request for king size bed was granted. Thank you. Room was clean and amenities were all in place. We love the huge bathroom of the Riani. The concierge staffs were very helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay at the resort.

The food at Taman Sari wasn't that great compared to the Selera Restaurant at Nongsapoint Marina. The star attraction 220m jetty was not accessible due to upgrading. The main swimming pool were still not in operation.

Lovely

Resort is situated at the Nongsa area, away from the city, which makes is an idyllic and secluded resort. We went on weekday which was very quiet, had the resort almost to ourselves. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We had our room upgraded and the beachfront room was a bliss in front of the sea. Grab is easy to get, travel to city centre takes about half an hour.

Not much activities in the resort in weekdays. The bar is only opened on weekend nights, so weekdays will be more bored if you are looking for things to do. No bathtub in the room.

Perfect getaway from Singapore

Staff was awesome, kind and helpful, quite quick to respond. Food is good, you feel very welcomed and not in a intrusive way either. During covid-19, all extra precautions were taken, tables cleaned with hydro-alcoholic solutions, etc ... Good location to go from Singapore in this travel limitation context.

A bed mosquito net would be a great addition, although the anti-mosquito spray was already good.

A perfect place for a short getaway from Singapore!

I brought a group of friends and their families to celebrate my birthday. The resort was very helpful and accommedating. Staff very helpful and friendly. The BBQ buffet with live music by the pool on Saturday was very nice.

We were planning to have dinner and drinks at the Island bar at Friday night but that was closed for a private event. It would have been nice if the resort had informed us about this in advance so we could have made other plans. Breakfast buffet was okay but not great, probably because there were very few guests at the resort this weekend.

Resort with expensive restaurants and they block Grab.

Was a relaxing holiday, really loved the pools and overall I did feel like I was in a resort. It was a quiet time when I went which was perfect. Was upgraded to Tirta when I booked Riani, which was nice of them cuz they said in Riani the views are blocked by trees. I enjoyed the sea views every day.

Restaurant food are super pricey! Basically Singapore priced and the food was so-so. The soto soup was really bad. The safe didn't work so they replaced it, and that one didn't work either and my stuff was stuck in the safe. The fridge was not cold enough so they replaced it, but the new fridge was super noisy I have to unplug it at night. For 4 star hotels this was a total joke. Finally beware that they block Grab if you use their wifi, I couldn't all Grab from the hotel but when I use data it works, it's quite sneaky of them to force you to order their own expensive taxi and eat in their expensive restaurant. Use your data and order Grab(Food) instead. the security guard also quite sneaky, he did not allow non-partner taxis to come in so you have to walk to the gate, but fine. The location was not so good because the sea was polluted and was quite far from the center, but ok if you have a car or if you're after a chill holiday.

Nice place

Good service and friendly staff, the beach was just a few steps away, and the resort was very close to the ferry terminal with a good pick up service. The food was quite good also though we wished there was slightly more seafood.

The only thing was that the toilet had a slight urine smell. One of the pools was quite old. Pricey during Chinese New year period.

Lovely for a short getaway - but perhaps too expensive!

Beautiful resort in a stunning setting, very calming with a lot of quiet corners to relax and unwind with loved ones. On a bright sunny day, the beach is amazing! Staff were kind and the breakfast was decent.

There were some unfortunate miscommunications - we really wanted to stay in the Tirta wing, and we had already requested for a double bed beforehand (since we were a couple). When we arrived, we were told that there were no double beds left in the whole wing, and we had to settle for a room in the Riani wing by joining two single beds. It didn't bother us too much, but we felt slightly let down by this lack of care. We also did not like that we were not allowed to call a Grab or Gojek (online taxi) into the resort, and we were forced to use the hotel's taxi service (which was much more expensive). The management should definitely not stop guests from using Grab or Gojek! Lastly, food at the resort was astronomically priced. Granted, it was mostly for weekend visitors from Singapore, but it was expensive even by Singapore standards (S$17++ for a plate of nasi goreng, for example).

WOW! Turi Beach is incredible!

WOW! Turi Beach is incredible! The pools were huge, the food was amazing, the staff was incredibly helpful. I have never felt so relaxed at a resort. I would recommend this to anyone whether you are traveling with your family or solo as I was. This was just incredible!

I loved every part of this hotel. It was very spacious, the rooms were luxurious - I had my own private balcony and I felt very secure and taken care of. Beautiful views and so relaxing. Thank you for the amazing stay!

I could not enter into the jetty. It was one of my favorite attractions.

Yes should be served in a teapot and at poolside if possible. Asians and most people love to drink tea at teatime.

No bath tub and should have another outlet for food and more verities like noodles with soups.
