Nice beachfront location, clean room with decent shower, nice over-water cocktail bar

Several instances of staff being less than helpful, breakfast buffet decidedly average (mostly greasy fried food), Grab taxi app is blocked on hotel WiFi to try to force you to take a hotel taxi at a much higher price so make sure you have a roaming package to use it on mobile data (though not guaranteed to have signal in lobby).

The front desk staff and the staff at the dining outlets were polite and generally helpful.

There were not many channel options in the television. Fittings are old. The water pressure in the shower was so poor. We ordered room service for dinner on one of the nights. We informed housekeeping once we were done. However the tray of food was not removed even until the next morning when we woke up for breakfast. Given that it was a resort, we were worried about insects and small creatures going for the exposed tray of food.

Recommended for a relaxed getaway despite minor issues like mosquitoes and pests.

After reading numerous reviews expressing dissatisfaction with the breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Perhaps the hotel has taken note of previous feedback and made improvements, but I found the breakfast quite enjoyable. While we did explore nearby eateries for lunch and dinner due to the somewhat limited food options at the hotel, our overall dining experiences were still delightful. One standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff. The makeup room cleaners were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, ensuring our room was tidied up promptly each morning around 9:45-10:00 a.m. Kudos to the team for their dedication to guest satisfaction.

On our first night, we were caught off guard by the presence of mosquitoes in our room, resulting in multiple interruptions to our sleep and discomfort from itching. Initially concerned about bed bugs, we were relieved to find that the bed was indeed clean. We later discovered bug spray provided in the cupboard, which effectively mitigated the issue. It's worth noting that in a resort setting, encountering occasional pests such as cockroaches and lizards is not uncommon. While unexpected, it's a reminder of the natural environment and didn't significantly detract from our overall experience. Couldn't use GrabFood, so it'd be helpful if management addressed that. Their lunch and dinner menu is pricey, but the Margherita pizza we tried was decent. However, at $20 SGD, without a voucher, it might not be worth it.

I will come back again.

My initial booking (Tirta Premier Beachfront) was changed to the other wing (Riani Deluxe Beachfront) because the room was not ready when we arrived slightly earlier for check in, which is a bad choice because it at night there were lots of mosquitoes and ants on the walk way that we cant even enter out room without jumping, that's Rm142. We couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes , we killed about 20 in 2-3hours, eventually gave up killing them at close to 2am. However, the staff was very helpful quickly moved us to a room that's empty on the other side of the wing with NO mosquitoes and we could at least catch some sleep at 2+am, we were grateful for that. The next day after breakfast, they gave us an upgrade to the junior suite. The suite is BEAUTIFUL! No mosquitoes, no ants. Comfortable and spacious. The Italian restaurant is YUMMY! Esp the pasta! Buffet breakfast is also nice, value for money.

Great resort, nice apartments, spacious, clean, warm welcome and helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were good and the area nice.

The part of the resort near the pool at the far end looks to be needing maintenance and renovation, the large pool is dirty on the floor and needs cleaning and the nearby shelters are in disrepair. However the rest of the resort near the other pools is well kept and looks great, this is where we spent our Time. Secondly, the restaurant on one time only for us, forgot our order and we were waiting over an hour, even the couple behind us, one of them received their meal and they were waiting so long that they shared their 1 meal until the other eventually arrived. I Politely asked 3 times for the rest of my meal, each component delayed. It did arrive, they apologised after I asked for a manager and I asked for a discount and I was given 10%. These things happen and hardly affected out trip, I'm sure it's a one off.

Lovely

Resort is situated at the Nongsa area, away from the city, which makes is an idyllic and secluded resort. We went on weekday which was very quiet, had the resort almost to ourselves. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We had our room upgraded and the beachfront room was a bliss in front of the sea. Grab is easy to get, travel to city centre takes about half an hour.

Not much activities in the resort in weekdays. The bar is only opened on weekend nights, so weekdays will be more bored if you are looking for things to do. No bathtub in the room.

This is our 2nd visit to the resort. We love the serenity of the resort and the comfort of the room.

Request for king size bed was granted. Thank you. Room was clean and amenities were all in place. We love the huge bathroom of the Riani. The concierge staffs were very helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay at the resort.

The food at Taman Sari wasn't that great compared to the Selera Restaurant at Nongsapoint Marina. The star attraction 220m jetty was not accessible due to upgrading. The main swimming pool were still not in operation.
